Three hiking trails start directly from the house, making it ideal for nature lovers. Renovated in 2022 for contemporary comfort, the ground floor features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a 25-m² meditation/yoga room with a projection screen. Upstairs, there is a 25-m² bedroom, an office, a dormitory, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet, and a mezzanine. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, fridge with small freezer, vacuum cleaner, and iron. Enjoy garden furniture and a BBQ for outdoor meals. Board games, a screen, and a video projector are available for your entertainment. A 4G Wi-Fi connection is provided. Underfloor heating is installed throughout the first floor, complemented by a wood-burning stove. The sunny, sheltered outdoor terrace overlooks the fields and offers expansive views. Access is possible via the Valence-Ville TGV station. Please note that pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted inside the house. Explore the Dolce Via by bike or mountain bike along the Eyrieux River. Fishing and swimming are possible in the Glueyre River, 7 km away. The village of Gluiras, 4 km (2.5 miles) away, offers a café, grocery store, restaurant, inn, and a farmers' market on Monday evenings. Saint-Sauveur-de-Montagut is 15 km (9 miles) away at the confluence of the Glueyre and Eyrieux rivers, and Saint-Pierreville, 13 km away, features local cooperatives and an art gallery.
